It all depends on your taste. Some people love them. I know Steve Williamson plays them. Others prefer a different style and feeling. Often they have asymmetrical facings and wider rails. I think they can be a bit more on the open side. That style does not appeal to everyone.

I didn't manage to unearth any Pyne mouthpieces, but I DO have a 67mm Pyne Clarion barrel in mint condition.... probably too long for most people...
