Metal clarinets were the equivalent to plastic clarinets before they invented plastic. Metal clarinets were the cheap ones. When they invented plastic clarinets they sounded better and were cheaper, so metal clarinets stopped being made. Havent got a clue about the mouthpiece. probably old.
