Research on my own Kohlert has indicated to me that the way the country of manufacture is listed can help identify the manufacture date (the New Langwill Index is of no help on this one). The fact that yours is indicated as Graslitz, Bohemia would indicate pre 1920s or so. For a period of time after that the country was identified as Czecho-Slovakia, and later (late 1930s or so) Czechoslovakia. Graslitz stayed in the same spot, they just changed the country name a few times.
