I own an R Malerne Clarinet given to me in 1958 when I was in 8th grade. I am wondering if it has value. Does anyone know? I believe it is ebony. It has a serial or model number of A 6701. It is stamped RMR Malerme Paris Standard.m

Every clarinet has value. many things effect the value of any instrument. If your clarinet has any dings, dents, cracks, keys are oxidizing, springs shot, pads worn out, keys not in alignment, these will effect the value of your clarinet. if any of these need to be repaired, you might want to invest the money to fix it, otherwise if you try and sell it, the price could dramatically go down. hope this helps.
