first of all there is no such thing as 5 octaves above the scale if you mean five lines above the stave then in that case I can play that and a high d which is 6 lines above the staff

If you mean "does anyone have a five octave range", then it is certainly possible, especially with the larger horns. Hammiet Bluiett is relatively famous for playing a rather reliable five octave range. I myself can probably shatter glass, but I have to bite the reed to do it, so it ain't exactly controlled.
