What about fingerings to some early woodwind, ie. crumhorns? Does anyone know where I can find it?

The following site has a fingering chart for an alto cornamuse, which should work for an alto crumhorn.

You can purchase a book on playing the crumhorn, which includes a fingering chart, from

The fingering chart that Bill refers to shows that the Cornamuse (high pitched crumhorn) is fingered almost exactly the same as an Alto recorder. Only one of the standard fingerings, B flat, is slightly different.
It seems likely that the normal crumhorn also uses recorer fingering. I suggest you try recorder fingering, which is available here on the Woodwind Fingering Guide, then play around with the ones which are slightly out of tune.
