English fingerings are the same as Baroque fingerings. German fingerings are different because one of the holes is much smaller. The main difference is for the note F (on a soprano or tenor recorder). On a Baroque/English fingering recorder, the 3rd and 4th fingers of the right hand should be down (covering holes) while in German fingering recorders they should be up (holes uncovered).

There is a very precise fingering chart for recorder at top of this forum page. It shows different fingering for german and baroque models. Why not look at it ?
Good luck !
