 4th octave flute

Where can I find fingering charts for playing the fourth octave on the flute?

This site, where you posted this message! The Woodwind Fingering Guide lists fingerings for the fourth octave from C#4 to G4, in the alternative fingerings section. OK, this is only half the fourth octave, but it is a start.
