I am 15 and play flute and piccolo at quite a high standard, I am going for my grade 7 soon. I was just wondering, are there any professional flautists who play/teach/compose out there? I wanted to know how I beome a professional and whether the "business" is rewarding for your being aswell as financially, because I heard that proffessional musicians (especially teachers) don't get paid well enough.
