where can i find the fingerings for the e-flat contrabass clarinet ( im pretty sure thats the name or else its e-flat contrabass bass clarinet)

I think it is mostly the same as the regular clarinet. At least the Eb soprano clarinet does and I think the rest do too. There is probably extra keys to go lower but other wise I think they are all the same.

it's just Eb contrabass. this site has good fingering charts. the fingerings should all be the same except for the bottom 2 notes and the extreme high notes.

I do also believe there is a vent key/hole for notes higher than throat Bb. This applies to Alto clarinet and lower. Depending on your model, it may also extend down to your written C (Below four ledger lines in treble clef), which will come out as a low Eb1. There are fingering on this site.
