You have to experiment a lot with the position of your lower lip and blowing the air. You have to blow straight. To do that, your upper lip has to have some control. The air you blow should condense in a triangular form right at the center of the mouthpiece. Don't constrict your throat, use corners of your lips when playing high notes. Don't use a tiny embouchure when playing high notes. Use wide embouchure when playing low notes. Hope this helps.
I bet Steven King can answer this question better than me.

There's no one good way to tell you how to have a stronger sound. But your emboushure (sp?) will be different, and you'll be using a lot more air.
How long have you been playing for? After awhile you'll become more accustomed to it and you'll be able to adjust your lips to do a million different things.

Well to get a dinamic of FF you have to use a lot and alot and alot and alot of air. But to do that you have to have good air support and should practice air support. To learn some about air support goto my flute site for informaiton on that at http://www.cfsband.org/fluteinfo.html this site needs updateing to I am working on it.
Also when you have goten good air support you need to adjust your embouchure(this is the correct spelling buy the way) to compensate for the extra air to play in tune. Just think this:
To Play low notes think "Ooohhhhh"
To play hight notes think "ooooooooo" long O
also once you larn how to use the air to play FF you should always use that same amout of air to play any dinamic level even if it is PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP exct i know that dinamic is rediculus i just want to get my point accrost so that no one is confused. They way you work with the dinamics is that you control how much air you let out of your mouth useing the "Ooohhhhh" and "oooooooo" that I talked about up top.
Thats all I can think of right now. Im sure I will remember something I forgot to mention here so keep looking back for more info or you can email me if you are haveing any more problems. Hope all this helps

the important thing to remember is not air volume, but air pressure. It is impossible to have the same amount of air pass through an instrument at a pp dynamic, as to a ff dynamic.
An analogy I've heard on this topic is to imagine a stage light, and instead of using the dimmer switch to dim the light, change the opening of the iris, keeping an intense stream of light, but through a smaller hole. What this means is that the intensity of air should, ideally, remain constant throughout playing, with only the emobouchure changing. However, when closing the embouchure, to maintain pitch and tone, we don't close from top to bottom, but rather we'd pull our lips in from the sides, like a drawstring bag.
Also, I would suggest finding a flute instructor who really knows about embouchure, and playing in different dynamics.
