I have never played the Noblet 45, but I've heard good things about them. The only way for you to know which instrumnets are good for you, is to go out and try some. Try as many as you can find for the price level you can, bring a good mouthpiece and someone who can help you judge the instrumnets. I would stick with the big 4 brands: Buffet, Selmer, Yamaha, & Leblanc. You may even be able to find a good used pro clarinet in that price level. It just depends on where you look. Good Luck and I hope you enjoy whatever clarinet you choose. -Corey

The Noblet 45 is a very nice intermediate clarinet made by Leblanc (one of the Big 4).
