well the first thing to play is not really a song. Its practice notes, the a good song when you get that far is a song that does not exced the range you have practiced or the rythems that you practiced.

i really don't understand, what you mean, but i will try... You should start learning your rythem, notes, and really scales but you don't have too, most and if not all people start out with any pre level 1 music that is familiar to them... it is easier that way... for example mary had a little lamb... or twinkle twinkle little star it all depends on you... alot of books have practice with the notes and rythem before you actually get to the song
