Does anyone here have any opinions on the Vito student model tenor sax? Model number is 7131T. Thanks!

Well in my opinion it is a very good tenor sax. In the saxophone case, Vito makes really good begining saxes. I actually tryed this model once and i liked it more than the Yanagisawa, that i used for marching band and solo and ensemble, which is a proffesional sax.

I wish I could give you a valid opinion on it...the Vito that I used this past marching band season before I got my new Jupiter was a piece of crap...VERY hard to blow into...but I'm sure this didn't wasn't becuase of the horn..it was probably the fault of the kid who played it the year before me, when he dropped it down the stairs :D
But saxplaya's right. Vito makes good student models. I've had my alto student vito for 5 years and it works very well

Vito makes a great stundent & mid sax. I have bought and sold many Vito tenors. For the money, I think it plays very well, you can spend $400 to $500 more for a Yamaha. The ealry Vitos were actually made by Yamaha. I have one Vito tenor left, very good condition, no dents only minor scratches. I'm selling it for $600. Contact me for pictures and more info if needed.
