i think just keep practising alot and alot and you'll get better at it but if you can't get it at all (even if you can't do it slowly) then i wouldn't know what to do.

Well, here is a suggestion, this is how i do it at first actually and how i teach some of my juniors. The first tongue you just do it as usual while the second tongue, you use your throat muscles to pull the tongue back after you have done the first tongue so it kinda produce a sound like 'tu ku'. It's all about the throat muscle control to me actually. Hope this helps.

use the sylables taka, tuku, or teekee. They all have a diiferent tone but what i know because i also play clarinet if its double tounging on that use teekee. Just pratice this by just walking around the house or anywhere hissing theese syllables.
hope this helps : )

Try Playing 16th note exercises with just using the ka syllable, and focus on getting it to sound as clean as your single tongueing. Eventually, you should work to play 16ths at 120 beats per minute, then you should have no problem double tongueing.
