the other day the neck on my alto kind of kind smashed. i have been looking at sites that sell saxes and sax parts but none of them seem to just sell the neck alone. is it possible to just buy a neck alone?

Yes its possible to buy the neck alone. I do not know where but if you trust e-bay, try searching for it there.

Yes it is possible, just make sure it fits obviously, and it plays the way you like it. ALWAYS play test any instrument or part of an instrument that you are considering purchasing: no if's and's or but's. You just never know for sure until it's in your hands, and you've experienced it.

 hey bari,
my dad owns a music store and he says that he doesn't know of any stores that sell the neck alone. you may want to just get it repaired. that'd be easier and cost less.

Well, you can either buy a neck made by the company, or you can send em your serial number and ask em to make it to that serial number, and neck that wasn't oringanally on it will make it play sharp, and nothing can be done to fix that, so ask the maker what you can do for it.
