If you dont have a High F# key do an alternate fingerung.
Play the Alternate High F natural (the front f) with the A key press done too and then press the Right hand Bb key(the one used for alternaTE bB OR Trilling A To Bb) I think that should help.

Hi, Roger.
I do not know how to play a High F# in your sax. In fact, I do not know what is a High F# at all...
But it is fine to find you on the web!
Send me news, ok?
Cheers,
Saulo.
