Altissimo is not just about putting fingers down it has to do with how you position your mouth and how you blow. Ill try to explain about the blowing part. First make cat hissing noice. then put your mouth piece in your mouth and blow but dont blow hard. Its confusing, I know, so have patience. About the embouchere parts your on your own.
There is also a bokk called Top Tones that will help you learn altissimo and its a famouse book so it should be at a local music store.

A good way to start learning the altissimo is to practice the alternative fingerings for high E and F that use the front F key:
E - Octave + Front F + Left Middle Finger + Left Ring Finger
F - Octave + Front F + Left Midde Finger
You'll have to change your mouth around to get these notes. If you can do it, use the same mouth position for all the altissimo notes.
