 fingering for 11 keys flute

I have received a traverse flute with 11 keys: I found a very similar one in the Dayton C. Miller Collection: exactly the DCM#: 78. Could anyone kindly send me an appropriate fingering chart, or give me some useful information to play it? The instrument seems in very good conditions. Thank you very much.
