Hi, I'm new to this. Does any one know the alternative fingering to get the High F#? I am playing a song for music festival that has it in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

You can use the high F fingering with the S key (the one above the B key, index finger left hand) and add the high F# key with the right hand.
The high F fingering with the S key in case you don't know is the S key with the left index finger, and C key with the left middle finger.
Of course I'm just an oboe player, what do I know right?

Presumably you want the alternative because your sax does not have a high F# key. Try Octave key, front f, middle finger of left hand and Bb key with right hand.
But this is an altissimo register note, so you will have to change your embouchure considerably to get the note. Practise on the altissimo fingerings for E and F first (octave + front f + left 2 and 3, octave + front f + left 2).

If you dont have a high F# key use your S key(the one above B key) + the 2KEY(A key) + the right hand Bb (the one used in the Bb alternate fingering)
