When you get into the highest reaches of the range of any woodwind instrument, there is not standard fingering. This is because tiny variations in the instruments can make some fingerings more reliable than others and they vary from instrument to instrument and from player to player. So it would be misleading to list a single fingering for the note as Basic and all the others as Alternate. Instead, the player should experiment until he finds a set of fingerings that suit him and his instrument.
