 flute vs. sax?

hey, so i play the flute and want to play another instrument also. i heard that the fingering for flute and sax are almost identical! is that true???

kind of. I am currently doubling on flute, and the embouchere is very important. The fingering are close enough to pick up in about a week. Go Sax!
