A C flat is the EXACT SAME NOTE as a B natural (there is no note between a C and B), so if your music calls for a C flat, just finger a B natural and you'll get the right note.

Whenever you see a "flat" next to a note it means: "lower a half step from the original pitch" So, if you see a B with a flat next to it, you go down a half step to Bb. If you see a C with a flat next to it,go down half a step from a C, which is what: B natural.
Why does one write it this way?, you might ask. It all has to do with the way chords are built, and the way scales are written. scales NEVER have 2 occurences of the same original pitch. (Ie. not a Bb then a B) C major goes like this C-D-E-F-G-A-B-C, so if you go down one step to a Cb scale, you get Cb-Db-Eb-Fb-Gb-Ab-Bb-Cb ******NOT THIS:B-Db-Eb-E-Gb-Ab-Bb-B******* The Cb scale is enharmonically(which means spelt different, but sounds the same) the same as a B natural scale: B-C#-D#-E-F#-G#-A#-B

The technical term for all of this information is Enharmonics.

Just to be really clear, C flat is EXACTLY the same as b natural. It always helps me to think of a keyboard. Say you want to play b flat on a piano, you just look at b on the keyboard and go down one step to the black note below it, b flat. It's exactly the same for c flat but because there's no black noe in the middle, you have to go down to the next white note which is b natural.
