 Cor Anglais

Hi I am newbie to playing Cor anglais, I have vague recollection of being told that there is one difference between oboe and CA (Thumbplate) fingering near the break where you change from lower register to upper register.
I cannot find any fingering charts for the Cor - can any one point me in the right direction please
