I just saw your message today but maybe my opinion still helps you.
For the first fingering I got another result. The lower note is d, yes but for the upper note I got a c and it's also possible to get a higher e out of it. I play the french system so maybe this has an influence if you write for the böhm system. Also these things depend pretty much on the instrument and the player himself so it's kind of hard to find solutions work out for everyone.
The second example works for me, but I also got the d below the g sharp above.
In th third fingering I don't quite understand what you mean with the "0" above. Should this be the a-key or the g#? In that case I would draw both of them and fill out the one to be pressed, then it should be understandable.
