What is the best way to trill from clarion A to altissimo C#?

Firstly, this is not called a trill, it's called a tremolo. The word trill is only used if the two notes are a semitone or whole tone apart.
I'm not beside my clarinet, so I can't try this, but it should be possible if you use the alternative fingering for the high C#, which involves a normal clarion high C and one or more of the side "trill" keys. This plays the C# at the top of the clarion register so there is no "crossing the break" involved.
