The keys next to the other 2 you press when u play f sharp and E flat, what are those other two keys used for? How do you use those other keys?

The third one is for an A to Bb trill. Play a normal A (no holes covered, A key pressed), then press the third trill key. THe note goes up to Bb. This can be done very rapidly for a trill: A Bb A Bb A Bb etc.
The fourth key is for the A to B trill. This means you don't have to cross the break because this B is below the break.
The third key can also be used for a Bb to B trill and the two together for a Bb to C trill, but these might not be entirely in tune, depending on your instrument.
