Scooping is when you go get some icecream and they put it on top of the cone.They scrape or scoop the ice cream into a ball and put it on the cone.Hope this helps.

i think its when you bend the pitch lower
basically start high,bend low, back to high..
im pretty sure thats what it is but wait for more information

tbone = Trombone
A gliss (glissando) is a slide between notes. On a Trombone, it's a very smooth slide from one note to another. On any other insturment its a very quick chromatic scale from one note to another.
Scooping is generally when you use your embouchure to start a note flat and then adjust into the correct pitch. You can also use this technique to start sharp and flatten to the correct pitch or start on the correct pitch and flatten or sharpen the pitch then go back. It is common in the jazz idiom and most common on saxophones as they seem to have the easiest time performing this technique.
I would discourage any beginner from trying or using this technique until a good embouchure is developed and you have a good ear for pitches.
