 Albert vs. Boehm
Author: Crystal
Date:   2005-11-27 00:24

Why would one use the Albert over the Boehm fingering system on Clarinet? Can anyone give some insight to when the majority of the world chose to use the Boehm system and why Germany is still using the Albert system? (I think)

Thanks!

Actually Germany doesn't use the "Albert" system but instead a later development based on that called the Oehler system.
