I am just wondering how hard is the sax but i play clarinet is it the same know about mouth peice i know its heavy. It's more jazzy then clarinet or is the same.
HELP ME!!

well i dun think Saxophone is hard to play though..
for my own thinkin,, clarinet is harder lol*
a guy or a gurl with saxophone...

With the sax, the embouchre (sp?) is slightly different, and the mouthpiece goes into you mouth at a straighter andgle than the clarinet. (almost parallel to the floor) Other than that, it takes more breath support than the clarinet.
The two hardest aspects of playing the sax I found were the extreme low and the the extreme high registers.
And yes, the saxophone is great for bop and jazzy styles onward, while I prefer the clarinet for earlier swing and Dixieland.

The saxaphone offers a variety of sounds to choose from.Overall the saxaphone is a very sensual,seductive instrument.Once mastered it is gauranteed to melt your audience.Very appealing to the ear.The unique thing about playing the sax,is its master.If you can smooth talk your audience with it,stir their emotions (audience) they will love you for it.Their reaction is noticeable when you look at them.Their like WoW! this cat is smooooth.......Or the way he or she plays gives me chills.

actually, if you play the clarinet you'll find the sax easier to play than the clarinet

i'v been playing the clarinet for longer and i still find it easier to play even the tenor and baritone sax. It takes more breath to play clarinet

ok the sax I would say is the best intru ever ur a chick and if u play sax for a guy he migh melt away if ur a guy and play for a chick u are playing the most romantic intru ever sax is AWSOME
