 Problem with bass clarinet

Sometimes when i play lower notes, it just seems to be higher than the higher notes, as in the pitch. What can i really do about it? By the way, im a new learner of bass clarinet, but have played the clarinet for like 1 year and 7 months and 3 weeks.

err.. do you know you have to pitch?? drop your jaw and open your throat
