In the Clarinet family there are the bass and so on is all the notes are the same right now i have the Bb clarinet and it is the best and easy to learn

the bass clarinet is kinda the same except the fact the notes are lower

If you mean the fingeings fo the notes, then yes they are the same. Howeve alto and bass often have a low Eb as well, and sometimes a bass will go down to low C.
