Hi! I reallllly need help learning how to be up-wards on the Clarinet. Do you have any tips?
I'm trying to play Bb to C (lower altissimo)
and... F# to G (upper altissimo)
Any suggestions?

Please be more clear in your description.
If you mean the Bb (the second space above the staff) to C (two lines above the staff), that is the upper clarion not the lower altissimo.
If you are talking about the G that is 4 ledger lines above the staff, that is just plain altissimo not upper or lower.
The standard register names (see Klose or any of the classic method books) are as follows:
Chalumeau - from lowest note on the clarinet to the Bb that is in the middle of the staff.
Clarion - from the B in the middle of the staff to the C that is two ledger lines above the staff.
Altissimo - from C# two ledger lines above the staff and up.
You will also hear/see the term throat tones. This is the part of the chalumeau from the open G to the Bb in the middle of the staff. It is not a separate register of the clarinet but is a subset of the chalumeau register that, due to the shortness of the amount of clarinet used, has it's own unique problems/characteristics.

dee, you didn't really answer Eric's question....registers could easily be confused if their using different ranges to describe them.
it's not as though you couldn't understand them, and if you could actually answer their question, you would have at least gone about it in a general sense.
