 oboe C-D fingering

In an oboe part, I have to switch quickly from high C to high D and it's hard since I have a beginner and "small hands" oboe.
Does anybody know another and easier fingering?

I'd use the C-D trill fingering .. look at the bottom of this page > http://www.wfg.woodwind.org/oboe/ob_tr2_2.html Just remember that these fingering charts are here and aren't that hard to get to or understand.
