 stomachaches

this is just a general question, but who gets stomachaches when they play right after eating? i sometimes do, and i think it's because i breathe from my stomach...and it's full? lol. well let's hear your opinions! =)

you should wait awhile after you eat for two reasons: one like you said youll get cramps, and two: all of that food will get your mouth piece and pads full of stuff you dont want in there

There is a solution to that. Don't play after eating. I can't personally, because my breathing is not as deep even after a light meal.

Heck no!If you breathe from your stomach, you better go to the hospital or something. Your probably using too much muscle to hold up your instrument, or blow out air. Try relaxing and trying an easy piece before getting to start to play more complicated ones. Good Luck!
