I don't exactly understand the fingerings on this page (sorry I'm not familiar with them!!!!) Please email me with any help bassoonist98@hotmail.com
PS is it true that fingerings for the flute are the same for the oboe???
Thanks

hi i have been playing clarinet for 6 years and will help you anyway i can, i don't understand the fingering chart either, don't feel bad, to start with the best thing you can do is get a rubank book that helps you with fingerings, anything else, give me a hollar!!!

i play the flute mainly but i do know a few things about clarinet. the flute isn't that hard if you have the right fingerings. go to a local music store and they will probably have books that teach fingerings. my friend recomends a book but i forget the name right now. sorry.

I agree with Rachael... get a Rubank book for beginning students. It'll have a much easier to read fingering chart, and when you want alternate fingerings or whatever, you'll have a better understanding of your flute and things... you might just understand this fingering chart!

Hi! I'm kendra and I play a flute and piccolo. I'm the first chair section leader for my high school flute section. If u want the fingerings 4 the flute u can e-mail me. And yes the fingerings are the same for the flute and oboe as well as a tenor and alto sax. Hope this helps!

hi! im ronny and second chair at my school's clarinet section. if you r looking for a good fingering chart, get yourself the yamahaa beginners book. it has a three octave chart. that should be enough for a beginner clarinet. they also have a flute book. after you master that, there are many more charts that can give you a higer octave chart. any Q's? email me
