 pad on sax falls off

underneathone of my buttons, on "B", The pad is falling off. My conductor/instructor at school taped it on the button :*/ which is kinda strange. Now there's a brown mark on the pearl. What should I do for these problems?

is it the pad or the pearl on the key? they see glue made for that at your music/instrument shop
