if you build your endurance (wind)by running or doing some other exercise will this enhance your ability to play and be more successful in playing the saxaphone?

No, but you'll be more prepared for the coming armageddon. I also suggest learning how to hunt squirrels and rabbits. The cute ones usually taste better.

That's a good idea, actually. I recommended the same thing to Ambrosia, but just between you and me, she can be a bit slow, so I'm not sure if she understood.

cigarettes and any other drug that takes through the respratory track will be harmful. running could help. increase your lung efficiency. practising will ensure, you are working on the correct muscles for your lungs and embouchure. hope this helps.
