does any 1 know where I can Fina a copy of the full scales of the circle of fourths

Most people typically do the scales in a circle of FIFTHS, not fourths. And here are the scales in order: C, G, D, A, E, B/C-flat, F#/G-flat, C#/D-flat, A-flat, E-flat, B-flat, F, then back to C.

Most people, in my experience, practice scales in the order Kate lists them. The dangerous thing is that you end up learning the complete cycle, but not the individual scales. My teacher used to pick scales in a random order, just to be deliberately confusing. Try D major, then Ab major, then F# major, then C major etc... This is what an examiner will do.

Circle of fourths is just the cirlce of fifths in counter clockwise
