It's terrlible i had my tonsils removed and i can't play my Clarinet for like a long time, and well that sucks cause we had a really hard piece to practice, if i played the piece on my piano would that help??? i know that sounds weird but mow it's the only instrument i can, and i don't play it in band so it doesn't realy help. Yeah i'm babbling, but this sucks no clarinet!!! I'm mad, HELP PLEASE.

It won't help keep your embouchure but it could help you as a musician, as well as helping you remember the sound of the piece. Playing it on piano is better than nothing.

If singers can sing when they get their tonsils out.. I am sure that you will be able to play clarinet once your throat has healed.I didn't realize that having your tonsils removed.. would have bearing on playing an instrument.

that sucks i'd like have nothing to do lol but i would play the piano well at least it will keep u with music good luck with no clarinet for 4 weeks:(

i love that clairnet to that is all i play day and night! maybe it would help i don't kno. i play the piano and sometimes it helps.hope you feel better!!!
