 Oboe Screws
Author: Oboe

Alrighty,

I was wondering ... is there any way to get replacement screws for an oboe? My C# (LH) trill key is missing a screw. So this trill doesn't work too well, but I would just like to keep my oboe as whole as possible besides. If anyone knows where to get this stuff please let me know...

Thank ya much!

Corinne

Have you tried your local friendly neighbourhood woodwind repair place? If it is just insert one screw, there is a good chance they won't even charge you. Where are you in the world? If you are in striking distance of Maidenhead, UK, then Windcraft is definitely the place to go.

Heh, well, thanks, but I'm not anywhere near there .. I'm in Tennessee. But thanks for your opinion anyways.
