My friend bought me a fife for Christmas. Since I'm a baritone player I wanted to learn how to play a different instrument but the fingering chart sounds way wierd and doesn't quite match the pitchs. Can I get an accurate fife fingering chart?

I can't tell from your post if you've tried the fingerings from this site, but if not then click on the words "Fingering Charts" at the top of this page and choose "Tin Whistle and Fife".

My fife is pitched in the key of C as opposed to B-flat or D. Are the fingering positions different than those on your chart depending upon the pitch of the fife?
