 finger charts tenor sax, flageolet tones

Hy folks, i´m using an about 50 year old tenor sax without high f#-key.
so i´m looking for flageolet tones key charts. i have a key chart for alto but it does´nt fit to the tenor.
probably someone has the link of a downloadable chart or some tryable keys.

If you know how to play the high alternate front f just play that and add the right hand Bb key.
