 trill Hi F# to Hi G ????

I am just getting back into playing my flute, after many
many years. I am plating nice folk X-mas piece called
"simple Gifts" I have a Hi F# to a Hi G trill. I know I
used to do it, but other than using the actual fingering,
I am at a loss...any ideas?

Just use the trills on this site!!! Its as easy as eating.
