Do you mean a Peruvian-style 8-hole ocarina? There are really no fingering charts available for these, as the fingering appears to vary from one instrument to the next. You should be able to get an octave out of them by experimentation. They all you need to do is find any music for any instrument which is limited to an octave and play it.
