Hi i'am a tenor drum player in the Sheridan Ramland Marching Band. This is my fist year playing tenors. Last year for marching season i marched top bass. And for winter percussion i played snare. So it been a good experience for me playing all three drums. I must say the snare is where you really find your cleanness. But the tenors teach you to flow using your hands. Im currently a sophomore and really interseted to see what happens next year. All the seniors are leaving and they make up a good portion of the line. Our two snares and the other tenor are leaving. Some others are taking lessons to play tenor or snare next year. And as for me i don't really mind what i play. This year our drumline got ranked #1 in 3a. And 2nd in the State. Hopefully we'll have another awesome line next year! Any other stories? Comments?

-Roman

thats pretty awesome tenor man, i have a similar story. i come from a small school, but however small the band is we are still pretty powerful. our seniors will be greatly missed, so it is up to us to show them how much they are missed by doing the best we can!

Yeah uh thanks for the comment "Aaron". Do you mind if i ask what school your from? And just to say if your drumline is as small as ours this year and beat out all the other drumlines, and not to mention competing a class up, well then you'd think you'd have a little bit of braging rights? I'am I wrong? Hey Theo how's it going? What bass do you play?
