how do you hit the low C in alto sax every time I try it makes a really funny sound can anybody help me?

my advice would be for you to drop your jaw and use and little more air but still have a good embouchre....hope this helps...ryan

As well as changing your embouchure, it is also worth checking that you do not have any leaks in your less frequently used keys, or perhaps something is sticking

If you've never done it before, its hard. Dropping your jaw is good, I thing of it as sort of blowing downwards, I can't really explain it though.
