how should i fix this? the 'CUSHION' from underneath the 'd sharp TRILL KEY came off. i'll repeat that, the 'CUSHION' from underneath the D SHARP TRILL KEY came off. okay, not the PAD that COVERS THE HOLE, the CUSHION underneath the actual KEY that your finger presses. reinteration: the d sharp trill key is the second/last trill key on the flute. it is between the right hand 2nd and 3rd finger keys. again i don't mean the PAD that covers and uncovers the HOLE, i mean the actual KEY. the CUSHION on my flute is rubber. i was asking should i superglue it on myself or take it to a repairguy. i don't want to put it in the shop if i can just fix it myself. i don't want, although it would be nice if, the repairperson fixes a bunch of 'problems' i did not ask for nor require.
whoever answers this post, if you are a flute player, go get your flute and reread this post so that you know what i am talking about.
thank you all who answered my previous post because i cherish your replies but i just wanted to be clearer on what i was asking.

Yeah, I DID understand it the first time. Use the kind of rubber cement that clarinetists use to glue on their corks if you want to do it yourself. Otherwise, take it in to be done by a professional. It shouldn't take long or be expensive, especially if you still have the cork. I've had mine fall off, and they've done it for free.
