I was wondering if any of you know which mouthpiece will give me the strongest sound on a YAS-82Z. I play on a Custom C4 which is much quieter than the old plastic mouthpiece i used to play on on my YAS-23

 Hey Tim!

Jazz Improv Magazine recently did a review on the YAS-82Z model, and the author says Meyer mouthpieces have a tendency to play sharp. I've also heard that some people like the stock mouthpiece that comes with the horn. I'd suggest maybe ordering a few mouthpieces you're interested in from www.wwbw.com, testing them out, and then returning the ones you don't like! Hope I was of help, and here's the link to the article if you want to read the whole thing.
