 Five-Key flute method

Is there a method or fingering chart for a wooden five-key flute? I'll appreciate your enlightment on this one!

HEy! I'm from the philippines, i don't have a modern flute, lkke the metallic ones, i only have a wooden flute. Which has 7 holes.. could you please give a "chord chart" for it..
it's because i really don't know how to play the higher chords. example the second D. PLS, thank you
